target_counter_reset

This is simple enough
An entity that will reset a target_counter's count when used
spawnflags:
0 - works 1 time then stops
1 - works with a count key, can be used as many times as the count key allows for
keys:
count - set to -1 for unlimited and other # for that # of uses
target - the target_counter to reset
targetname
delay/wait
and the rest of the usual keys, profession etc.

2 stars because it's sort of just a shortcut for lazy people
you could easily just make the counter fill itself and target a lmd_gate or w/e

Does this mean I'm lazy when I use an Icarus script in place of a counter when I need to reset a count before it fills?

heh its possible to do it without this entity, as euclid said, but well even if its lazyness i wouldn't be mad if i can save more ent count xd
Seems reasonable, but I have been avoiding adding entities-for-entities (aside from the unfinished actor entities).
Anyway, since icarus makes a decent workaround, low priority.
