remove god prof on admin removal

if someone has no admin authed their profession should be reset if they're god prof because normal players with god prof is madness

anyways, to also satisfy the abusers, this check should logically only be performed on /removeadmin or /removetempadmin to save pointless CPU cycles, and so they can make their player accounts god profession still
