No-Dueling Trigger

I'd like some sort of maxs/mins-based entity that prevents duels from taking place inside of it.

In addition to preventing them, it needs to end a duel if one of the duelists enters the trigger.

lmd_restrict spawnflags, not

4 is restrict jetpack.
Best not to refer to 1 as "god", as that can get confused with the profession. It restricts damage.
