Lower protection while using lightining/etc

I saw many times that somebody throw lightnings at me, or drain, or whatever, and I couldn't shoot them while they are doing it. The bullets just bounce and come back to me.

They should have be weak while using powers, so if they grip me I can release my charged bowcaster and kill them if I aim correctly.

That would also make the Jedi more suitable to fight merc, because they don't have any power that left you vulnerable (unless it's mind trick). Currently there's very small amount of Jedi in a battlefield
