lmd_rewardcr_kill bound on trigger_multiple

flag for trigger_multiple giving credits for kills, as it would be on your lmd_rewardcr_kill.

",killreward,xxx," to set the amount of credits to get.

useful to enable the killreward system in like an ffa area only.
