Client Level Command Arguement

What about a feature that allows you to set commands to work with client account levels?

so you could set stuff like eatme and drinkme to certain levels, so only accounts who have level x and above can use it.

I think it would be cool, give players a reward for sticking with a server, and leveling up their accounts, they get little perks like those.

You could set these in a

clientcommandleveldefs.cfg

and it would take arguement 0 as all accounts, anything above that would give it to that specific level and all above it.
