Full damage restrict?

Is it possible to make some way to make a full restrict, for when using npc-terminals? Since it's a live npc, wampas can knock the npc down, and it can't get back up, or knock it completely out of the hitbox, even though the spawner is using spawnflags 96.
to evade that i use spawnflags 96 and a icarus script in a trigger_once around the npc
with BS_NOCLIP

use lmd_actors.
never had any of those problems with a actor.
just be careful how you delete it if you need to.....
delete the ent then blowup.

well I never use rancors lol. they just crash enuff on their own so I avoid them and save ppl the lag lolz
