Unremovable Force Pull powerup (# 3)

Hello.
Some problems with it.
target_remove_powers is not removing it. Also it is not deleting itself when an effect time is out.

Pull is not a real powerup,

Pull is not a real powerup, it was hacked in to target_powerup on a previous request.
