lmd_event

The entity (lmd_event) apparently is ignoring clients which are moving at a certain speed.
For example, using the Force Speed, and jumping a little to increase your movement speed, will make the event entity believe, that there is no client which is triggering it.

well aren't you cool with

well aren't you cool with your acronyms and announcing you have a beta

there's no speed limit on the entity I guarantee you, it's the client passing through the entity so fast the server doesn't know it was there, make the trigger bigger

Made me laugh

The hell i care about having a 'beta' version, this was merely a report, also when i reported this bug to phred via msn, he told me he will take a look at it. I was merely putting the exact version number, so that he knows i have noticed this bug in the 2.3.2.5 version, so fuck off with your stupid ego, since no one here needs that kind of shit..Rofl what a prick.

'Make the trigger bigger'
this is what happens when you know nothing but shit about what ive reported. The trigger is placed over the whole map you damn fool, which is why i reported this..You really should consider the idea that the trigger is placed over the whole map with the maxs and mins of 99999999 already. You my friend, need to get some knowledge about what people could possibly mean by their posts.

'it's the client passing through the entity so fast the server doesn't know it was there'
This made me lol too, according to your sentence 'make the trigger bigger'.
How are you crossing a trigger which is placed over whole maps which gives the inability to pass it by any chance. That just cant work. You really need to learn your stuff mate.

Im not sure if lmd_event can

Im not sure if lmd_event can be targeted by multiple players
this could be the reason of why its like that
focusing the triggering in maybe 2-3 different players

what caboose said is true though
at least makes more sense to me

Nice Rage post btw.

o,o

the purpose of usability keys such as ,level, or ,requirecredits, or even ,playerflags, is to prevent clients without these values from triggering it. So only the the owner of the flag/credits/level will be able to trigger it. So i highly doubt that this is the problem. Nice thought though, and no, i did not rage, i just won't accept things which he said in the beginning.
