Bugged commands 2.4.3

So here is the single problem in one topic:

I've noticed since updating to 2.4.3 that admins on our server are unable to use:
/admins
/drinkme
/eatme
and some other commands like hitime,level, etc.

what confuses me even more is that I myself am able to use them on my main account(i don't use adminlevel 1 if that's what your thinking) but if i make a new account and auth it up it won't work for me either.

I have tried to add /admins to a custom authfile to see if that fixes the problem but it still shows up as an unknown command. I have it in cmdleveldefs at level 15 and this was working in 2.4.2 without any problems.

I removed auths from my account and it was even still able to use these commands, despite them being restricted by the cmdleveldefs.

I've just set them all to 0 for now so everyone can use them (not just me 0_o).

It seems as though the commands either work for people while they are logged in or while they are logged out.
Me and another admin were able to use the commands (only when logged in) whilst everyone was not able to until they logged out. (The commands being set at 15,13,12 in the cmdleveldefs)
