removeadmin, accountedit, and deletenick don't seem to take all the time after a /newmap

I removed 36 admins, deleting 4 or 5 of them, and removing the other's god profession, then gave the server an hour to catch up, and on /newmap they reappear, even the deleted accounts

We solved this on msn. Here is the solution for others:

The issue was the accounts were in the base folder as well, where Lugormod could not touch them. Deleting the account would properly delete a new saved account in the Lugormod folder (which takes priority), but the JKA file framework was passing the base accounts onto Lugormod if there was no account by the same name in Lugormod's own folder.
